Zerg Vs Terran - Breaking the Tank Push

The tank push is being using more and more in Zerg vs Terran games on bnet right now. This guide will show you how to easily beat a Terran tank push.
So what does a Zerg player do to beat the tanks?
Infestors are simply amazing against large units like the tank and thor. Use the infestor's neural parasite ability on the tanks to take control of them and turn them around to attack the Terran's own units. This strategy will work great as long as you can use the zerglings to protect the infestors from attacks. Also you will need to make sure the Terran player doesn't have and air units because neither the zerglings or infestors can attack air. If you use this strategy it can be very effective even against a good Terran player.

Zerg Vs Protoss - Beating Immortals

One of the favorite units of a Protoss player is the immortal. First, the immortal has a special shield that will only let it take 10 damage per hit and anything over 10 damage is deflected. We can't use high damge units to fight an immortal. Second, the immortal does huge bonus damage to armored units so we must not send out armored units to fight it either.
Not understanding these things about the immortal has caused most Zerg players to just make a bunch of roaches and send them to their dealth against the immortal. Little do these Zerg players know that the roach is the worst possible unit to go up against the immortal because the roaches damage will be capped at 10 and the roach is armored so it will take massive hits from the immortals. Instead go back to the basics, speed upgraded zerglings are the perfect unit for crushing the immortals.

Zerg Guide - Ultralisk Strategy

Ultralisks are the ultimate unit a Zerg player can get in a game. Ultralisks cost 300 minerals and 200 gas so they are not cheap and of course they take forever to tech up to because you must be upgraded to a hive before you can build the ultralisk cavern. Ultralisks only hit ground targets and do very well against groups of small units so naturally they are very good against groups of marines and marauders or zealots and stalkers but all in all they do pretty well against any ground unit the enemy will through at you. So it's a good idea to build them if your opponent doesn't have any air units. Of course on the flip side don't build them if you are being attacked from the air, unless you have a lot of corruptors to handle the air.
I would also recommend getting the armor and attack upgrades for the ultralisk as they are definitely worth spending the minerals and gas on.

General Terran Build Order

You face a drop in mineral collection when you steal SCV's from your minerals to mine gas, and also when you need SCV's for building. To counter this Starcraft 2 introduces the MULE. Initially I recommend starting with nine SCV's. When you hit 9 on your supply go ahead and build your first supply. Use the same SCV that you built the supply depot with to build your barracks. Always keep an SCV building at your command center. When the barracks finishes use the same SCV to finish blocking your wall by building another supply depot right there. On your 14th SCV you can go ahead with refinery. IF you stop building SCV's at 14 supply then you will have enough minerals to upgrade to orbital command as soon as your barracks finishes. Once your refinery finishes make sure you snag two more SCV's to mine gas. You will want to make a couple marines as well in order to counter a zergling rush or terran reapers. Next you probably want to build another barracks unless your tanking straight to banshees or siege tanks. At this point you should also have 50 Vespene gas to attach a tech lab to your first barracks. Once your orbital command is finished upgrading call down a mule and continue making SCV's. When your tech lab completes you want to produce mauraders and marines (don't forget to add a Fusion Reactor to your other barracks to make two marines at a time). Terran are the most well rounded race in terms of an early game strategy and countering opposing units.

Protoss Basic Build Order

Playing as Protoss is a lot of fun but it can be very frustrating if you don't know the correct starting build order. This guide will show you how to start the game off with the perfect build order for Protoss.
You start with 6 probes so get them to work mining the minerals right away. Build probes until the 9th one pops out. Continue making probes until you hit 12 and then start a gateway. You should have about 16 probes when the gateway finishes so start making a zealot and build another pylon.
When I play against Zerg I would make build a few sentries so I can block the zerglings from running into my base and killing the probes. Build a colossus if he is massing smaller units, build an immortal if he is using bigger units such as thors and tanks or hydralisks and roaches.
